Front & Back Flips
The class, which is a supplement to acrobatics and focuses mainly on flips. Participants will master basic pads, tumbling and start learning forward flips, strengthen abdominal, arm and back muscles, and improve their flexibility. They will be able to safely perform basic flips on their own. They will increase awareness of their body’s capabilities.
Static exercises, dynamic exercises and stretching.
Depending on your skills, you will polish the elements you have already mastered, and learn new ones. For those starting with flips, basic flips and learning basic flips. The difficulty and type of elements taught is adapted to the skills and fitness of the group participants.
Strength training to strengthen abdominal, leg, arm and back muscles.
