Parkour
A class combining the basics of parkour and freerun run in partnership with Parkour United. Parkour is the art of quickly negotiating urban obstacles such as walls and barriers. Freerun, on the other hand, uses the most impressive, extreme elements for this purpose. Classes will take place on specially prepared soft obstacles mimicking urban buildings.
Course of the semester
Mastering the methods of efficient and safe overcoming obstacles of different heights and shapes, as well as the method of moving on elements with a small contact surface.
In addition, the course introduces acrobatic elements such as forward and backward flips on trampolines and Airtrack.
Course
Warm-up
Static and dynamic exercises with emphasis on warming up the ankle joints.
Specific training
Takes place on an acrobatic board, where participants complete a pre-prepared obstacle course using elements presented by the trainers.
Strengthening workout
Stretching and strength exercises to strengthen arm, back and leg muscles.
