Recreational – sports

First steps in the world of sport!

Classes for the youngest enthusiasts of trampoline jumping and more. The aim is to improve general fitness through a variety of games adapted to children’s age and physical abilities, as well as learning the basic elements of acrobatics.

Course of the semester

Children in the classes learn through play how to perform exercises safely. They will learn how to do forward and backward flips, how to jump into the sponge pool, and will practise coordination on the balance beam. In addition, they will learn the basics on the trampoline, and by working on their fitness, they will prepare themselves for more challenging exercises in the future.

This is based on games such as tag, catch and chase, and learning the basics of jumping on trampolines. There are also games to integrate the participants and static exercises to warm up the muscles.

Specific training

The children learn how to safely use the Hangar’s facilities in the various zones, and basic gymnastics exercises.

Strengthening training

An additional element for older children includes muscle strengthening exercises such as squats, squat jumps and squat jackknifes.
