Stretching classes involve stretching soft tissues to make them more flexible, increase the range of motion in the joints, and improve blood flow in the motor system. They are intended for people who want to take care of their body posture by improving their mobility.

Course of the semester
Throughout the semester, participants will learn how to properly perform stretching exercises. The difficulty of the exercises will be adapted to the physical fitness of all participants. Classes are held once a week.

At the very beginning of the class - static and dynamic exercises.

Next - active training and passive stretching of all muscle groups based on static, dynamic and ballistic stretching.

At the end of the class - jumping with stretch elements on trampolines.
