Winter break at Hangar 646
Winter classes are a perfect combination of gymnastics and acrobatics, which improves motor coordination, strengthens strength and endurance, and supports physical fitness. The classes will also include tasks that stimulate creativity and games that promote healthy competition and cooperation.

Course of action
Classes are held in a space full of trampolines and sports activities and are always conducted under the watchful eye of our experienced trainers.

At the very beginning - a short movement session to prepare for further activity and add energy.

Learning basic acrobatic elements, including covering exercises on trampolines and more!

Rest and small refreshments.

At the end of the class - integration activities in the form of games and creative tasks to trigger imagination.
