Acrobatics
Classes dedicated to participants who have already mastered elements such as forward and backward flip, forward flip, side flip, bridge from a lying position. During the classes, the coaches help to polish the skills they have already acquired, as well as presenting participants with new and more difficult challenges.
Course
Warm-up
Static and dynamic exercises with great emphasis on warming up the ankle joints.
Training proper
Improving already acquired skills, performing simple circuits on trampolines and an acrobatic board, bridges, twine, learning new elements such as back flips, rounders. The difficulty and type of elements taught is adapted to the skills and physical fitness of the group participants.
Strengthening training
Strength training to strengthen abdominal, leg, arm and back muscles.
