Physical conditioning classes
Classes for the youngest enthusiasts of trampoline jumping and more. They aim to improve general fitness through various games and activities adapted to the age and physical abilities of the children in the group.
Course of the semester
Children in the classes learn through play how to perform exercises safely. They will learn how to do forward and backward flips, how to jump into the sponge pool and will practise coordination on the balance beam. In addition, they will learn the basics on the trampoline and, by working on their fitness, they will prepare themselves for more difficult exercises in the future.
Based on games such as tumbling, catching up and ganja as well as learning the basics of jumping on trampolines.
Children learn how to safely use the Hangar’s facilities in the various zones, as well as basic gymnastics exercises. The difficulty of the exercises performed is adapted to the skills and fitness of all participants in the group.
